Israel apologized to the U.N.Last SlideNext SlideThe soldiers were identified by Israeli officials as Capt. Yochai Klengel, 25, and Sgt. Dor Nini, 20, according to Ynetnews and Ben Hartman, a reporter for The Jerusalem Post. The Israeli military said there was no indication of any Israeli soldiers captured in Wednesday's attack. It was not immediately clear if the attack heralded a significant escalation of cross-border violence or was an isolated incident."At this moment the IDF responds to events in the North. We will not allow terrorists to disrupt the lives of our citizens and threaten their security.
